Walgreens (Northern California): Tenant improvements to (6) existing locations in San Francisco and Fremont. Scope includes all-new pharmacy, clinic, photo department, refrigeration, VCT and fixtures, as well as checkout relocations, storefront updates and ceiling replacement.
Alaska Credit Union (Southern California): Renovations and structural upgrades to a three-story building equipped with office space, ATMs and tellers on FLR1; waiting room, offices, restrooms and conference room on FLR2; and lobby, lounge, training room, restrooms and equipment room on FLR3.

W. L. Butler Construction, Inc. was awarded the first annual "Green Building Award" for Jasper Ridge, located on the Stanford Campus.
