Since 1975, W. L. Butler Construction, Inc. has worked closely with developers and owners to build virtually every conceivable kind of structure – corporate offices, manufacturing plants with clean rooms, retail shells and interiors, hotels, apartments and educational facilities. We have managed a variety of projects ranging dramatically in size and scope. Yet, no matter how big or small, we treat each with the same care and personal attention. Why? It is simple. Green Building Construction
We complete projects of exceptional quality with a feeling of trust and partnership that continues long after the last nail is driven. Our attention to detail and obsession with pleasing clients is without parallel, as is our ongoing commitment to Building a Better Community. Simply put, W. L. Butler Construction recognizes the importance of Green Building and embraces opportunities to leverage our renewable resources more efficiently in order to reduce the overall impact of construction on the environment. It is our goal to reduce waste and be proactive recyclers of everything on all of our projects; whether they are being certified or not. When we work on a design-build project, we try to educate our clients on environmentally-friendly products and encourage their use wherever possible. Moreover, many of our green building construction projects incorporate solar light tubes for lighting and use recycled materials. For us, this ultimately is our mode of operation and standard procedure. We pledge to put this kind of tireless commitment into every project. Every time.
LEED CERTIFIED TEAM MEMBERS
At this time we have a dozen W. L. Butler Construction team members in various stages of becoming LEED accredited. These team members are going through this process to help our clients become more educated and ensure that the owners' project gets certified. In addition, this select group will educate the rest of the team on the best practices we can incorporate into our work environment and become more earth friendly.
