Conversion of an existing BevMo retail store into a one-of-a-kind dealership. This is a full design-build project, complete with architectural, structural, MEP and sprinkler design. The new 12,411 square foot space will feature a pop out entrance and new entry doors to the service center; equipped with two car lift stations, epoxy flooring, electrical lighting and HVAC. A new store front will showcase five vehicles situated amidst a posh modern interior; requiring new drywall, tile flooring, painting, acoustical ceiling, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. The size of the Smart Car is unique; permitting 40 vehicles to be stored in the 9,293 square foot rear inventory area.
