An OSHPD 3 remodel for Stanford University Medical Center. Scope includes 5,206 square feet of renovations on the second floor of the Blake Wilbur Building to support a new Executive Health Clinic; including the construction of new exam and pre-exam rooms, therapy and stress testing areas, a conference room, a staff office, and consulting rooms. Tenant improvements include new MEP and finishes, as well as accessibility upgrades to public restrooms by converting existing multi-occupant to ADA compliant single occupant facilities.
