Demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new multi-story LEED Class-A Silver Level certified pre-cast concrete office building with a two-story parking garage spanning 96,000 sq.ft. Work at common areas and office tenant improvements on the 2nd and 3rd floors included installation of an elevator and Terrazzo floor finishes in the lobby.
