Remodel of an existing clubhouse within a prominent luxury apartment complex. The scope of work for this 7,797 square foot wood structure consisted of stripping all drywall and finishes, structural steel, concrete, timber retrofit, restroom remodel, clubhouse refinishing, electrical, reconfiguration of walls, rework of ceilings and soffits and new architectural finishes such as stone, tiles, paint and millwork.
