A complete turn-key Platinum Level LEED certified facility designed to provide the community with recreational and educational activities focused on youth. The 38' ground-up block and steel structure features a junior high school sized gymnasium, teen lounge/study room, office, a high-end residential type kitchen, a two bedroom caretaker's apartment and a sheriff's substation-all within 10,000 sq.ft. Photovoltaic panels were used on a metal roof. MEP's and fire protection are design/build.
