A 16 acre retail center featuring a ground-up 104,000 square foot Safeway with mezzanine and above ground parking structure, as well as a two-story, 12,428 square foot retail/office building; complete with a rooftop public garden for the use and enjoyment of the community. The original Safeway and Walgreens buildings on-site were demolished as part of the scope, and a former Wells Fargo Bank was remodeled for a future tenant. Sitework, parking lot modifications, utilities, infrastructure and off-site improvements were included.
