The Foundry, Redwood City CA
Repurposing a vacant 43,000 sq.ft. single-story warehouse for an indoor recreation facility specializing in volleyball and basketball. In addition to demolition; improvements included restroom cores, renovated office space, locker rooms, new fixtures, cabinets, flooring, finishes, glass/glazing, doors, site improvements, MEPs, under roof insulation, entirely new electrical distribution, lighting, fire alarm, system, ADA striping and incorporating a fire hydrant within 50 ft. of the building.
