Costco Distribution Center, Mira Loma, CA

This multi-part expansion project increased the dry depot receiving office by 913 sq.ft., the dry depot fleet office by approximately 1,941 sq.ft. and remodeling the existing cold depot receiving office. Sitework renovation project included asphalt-concrete repair and replacement spanning 26,075 sq.ft. A 475,000 sq.ft. expansion of the existing truck parking lot was also a part of the scope.
