Ground-up construction of a two-story 18,882 sq.ft. concrete tilt-up building for an equipment center with offices. Scope includes new concrete pavement, asphalt, site concrete, trash enclosure, site lighting, underground utilities, mezzanine level, steel construction, roof joists and decking, 2nd level balcony, drywall, curtain wall, doors, restrooms, showers and a steel staircase.
