Demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new multi-story LEED Class-A Silver Level certified pre-cast concrete mixed-use center containing two restaurants that required extensive phasing and an office building. The corner plaza is the main entrance and focal point; featuring a 20’ fountain, raised planters, seating, 3,300 sq.ft. of Porphyry paving stones and colored concrete. Columns for the raised planter walls feature elaborate, high-end pole lighting. Scope included the interior remodel and expansion of Willow Street Pizza, which features a brand-new, fully-equipped bar, as well as demolition and replacement of a wood-burning oven, flooring, tile, lighting fixtures and plumbing.
