Rework 840,000 square feet of existing sitework to accommodate a new layout involving the construction of vanilla shell masonry/wood framed buildings spanning 36,431 square feet. Scope included slurry and parking lot restriping, modifying existing walkways, drive isles, parking stalls, utilities, planters and site lighting. Some of the existing buildings were demolished and some refaced with new exterior paint, updated tower structures, parapets and storefronts. Also part of this project was the construction of a 145,000 square foot ground-up Target situated over a pre-cast parking structure, as well as tenant improvement packages for Sprouts Farmers Market, The Avenue, Franklin Covey, Salon 5150 and Adecco.
