Office build-out for an internet firm spanning 13,000 sq.ft. requiring demolition of non-structural items to be replaced with new partitions, finishes and millwork for private offices, conference rooms and open office space, as well as a new ADA compliant shower room. Design build mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were part of the scope, all while maintaining the integrity of the existing historic building. Project had a fast track schedule with permits issued under two weeks.
