Details:

This is a 2,771 square foot tenant improvement remodel of an existing Charles Schwab office branch. This branch will be open for business during the day and all work will be done at night and weekends. Please include all premium cost associated with the off hours work. We will have a minimum of three phases to keep the branch open and relocating office personnel. The work will consist of demo, drywall, DFH, glass & glazing, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinklers, electrical, voice data, acoustical ceiling, flooring, painting, window treatment, insulation, fire alarm, millwork, appliances, and joint sealants.

It is the subcontractor’s responsibility to review and comply with ALL plans and specifications in their entirety.
