THE STOCKTON OFFICE IS BIDDING/ESTIMATING THIS PROJECT. PLEASE CONTACT WILSON YU AT 209-983-4890. FAX BIDS TO 209-983-4891. This project has four (4) "gray shell" retail buildings which total 30,000 SF. Provide bid breakdown for each individual building. Mechanical and plumbing trades need to provide a cost for design build. This project will start approximately November 2007. This is a Prevailing Wage Project. The wage determination for your trade(s) can be found at http://www.dir.ca.gov/dlsr/PWD/index.htm. Weekly reporting will be required and you will be required to register with the City of Richmond wage tracking web site. Additional City of Richmond Ordinance requirements for this project can be found at http://bpc.iserver.net/codes/richmond/index.htm ; Article II ADMINISTRATION AND CITY GOVERNMENT; Chapter 2.56 LOCAL EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM. Please include in your bid any associated costs to provide the required paperwork for the prevailing wage requirements.

It is the subcontractor’s responsibility to review and comply with ALL plans and specifications in their entirety.
