Details:

W.L. Butler Construction will tender a GMP proposal for Tenant Improvement of future John`s Incredible Pizza Restaurant. Project should commence approximately February 13th, 2006 with a duration of 6 months.

W.L. Butler is currenty doing construction of the building shell for the project. The Tenant Improvements involve complete build-out of approximately 50,000sf of tenant space, including but not limited to interior finishes and associated MEP work. The building shell will be stripped of all (E) finishes with necessary MEP rough-in for future work.

Trades required for this project are: Concrete, Masonry, Metal Fabrications, Rough & Finish Carpentry, Insulation, Roofing, Architectural Sheet Metal, Caulking, Doors & Hardware, Glass & Glazing, Drywall, Ceramic Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Toilet Accessories, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electric.

All Subcontractors will be required to execute a W.L. Butler Construction, Inc. Standard Form of Agreement that can be reviewed at our office.

Scope of work to be submitted 2 days prior to bid due date.

W. L. Butler Construction, Inc.’s subcontract agreement and insurance requirements are available in our plan room and on our website. Subcontractor’s bids will be per plans and specifications. It is the subcontractor’s responsibility to review and comply with ALL plans and specifications in their entirety.
