W. L. Butler Construction, Inc. will tender a GMP proposal for Site Improvements at the future Target Store located at McDonald Rd. & I-80, Richmond, CA. THIS IS A PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT. MBE, LBE, WBE are encouraged to participate per the City of Richmond`s RDA standards.

This project consists of grading, paving, site utilities, landscaping, irrigation, and miscellaneous work associated with a sitework package.

W. L. Butler Construction, Inc.’s subcontract agreement and insurance requirements are available in our plan room and on our website. Subcontractor’s bids will be per plans and specifications. It is the subcontractor’s responsibility to review and comply with ALL plans and specifications in their entirety.
