Team Member Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package with a variety of options, all designed to enhance the lives of Team Members and their families. These benefits are available for all full-time Team Members and include:


Health Insurance
Includes three medical plan options through Kaiser Permanente, Anthem BlueCross HMO and Anthem BlueCross PPO each including a prescription drug program and wellness benefits.

Dental Insurance
Includes two options through Premier Access DHMO or Premier Access PPO.

Vision Insurance
Includes the option of coverage through Eye Med.

Life Insurance
Includes the option of purchasing voluntary life insurance coverage for yourself, spouse or child(ren) through UNUM.

Aflac Voluntary Programs
These programs give you access to special group rates to enhance your benefit coverage with the following options; Personal Accident Indemnity, Personal Cancer Indemnity, Personal Disability Income Protector and Specified Health Event coverage.

401(k) Pension Plan
This plan is managed by Fidelity Investments and provides a dollar for dollar matching contribution for up to 5% of your gross salary with 100% immediate vesting; available to all Team Members the first of the month following six months of service.

Flexible Spending Account
Includes options for Health Care and Dependent Care reimbursements (may be limited in span and amount of contribution for temporary or job specific hires).

Employee Assistance Program
This program is managed by Concern and provides Team Members with counseling services, legal consultations, parenting and childcare referrals, eldercare resources, and financial consultations.

Time Away From Work
W. L. Butler Construction, Inc. offers 8 ½ paid holidays off per year as well as 15 days of Personal Time Off (PTO) that is accrued at a rate of 4.62 hours per pay period. W. L. Butler Construction, Inc. also offers 2 days per year for Jury or Bereavement Leave.

Incentive Compensation Plan
You may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, at the sole discretion of the company. In order to be eligible to receive a bonus, you must be employed through the date that it is paid, which is usually in December or January annually.

Wellness Program
You will be eligible to participate in the Wellness Life Balance Program, which is an incentive-based wellness program that promotes awareness and the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle.

Training and Development
You will be provided with training opportunities and will also be eligible to participate in an educational reimbursement program designed to promote continuous learning.
