Lincoln Property Company and Gemdale Corporation’s Midpoint @237 is currently ranked as the third largest construction project in San Jose by square feet. Located at 4500 North First Street, this 415,000 square foot commercial complex will include four new office and R&D buildings. Two of the new buildings will reach four stories high and the other two will stand at three stories. San Jose-based Arc Tec is the architect and W. L. Butler is the general contractor.
