We are excited to participate in Rebuilding Together Peninsula (RTP) by providing critical health and safety upgrades for a low-income homeowner in Redwood City.

Home/Family overview:  Arlene Moon was born in Indiana in 1925, and has lived in the Menlo Park house she shares with her daughter and son-in-law since 1975. Arlene, now in her 90s, owned a beauty salon in Chicago, before changing careers to be a security guard at various biotech firms and banks in the Bay Area. Her favorite memories of her home are her grandchildren visiting, and having parties in the backyard. When asked how the home repairs will affect her daily life, Arlene replied she will “feel safer,” so please join us on National Rebuilding Day to help Arlene and her family feel secure in their home, and to provide a safe and comfortable environment for many more years of fun and happy family gatherings.
