A groundbreaking ceremony was held today with the City of Menlo Park for a new project located at 1300 El Camino Real.

STATION 1300, by Greenheart Land Company, will create a new place in Menlo Park to live, work, shop, eat, play, and just relax.  Steps away from the Caltrain station, STATION 1300 will be a gathering place for the community, residents, office workers, shoppers and friends meeting for coffee or a drink after work.  Situated in the heart of Menlo Park, STATION 1300 will enhance day and nighttime vitality of downtown Menlo.

The development includes retail and restaurants, two Class A+ office buildings, and 183 rental apartments.  Parking hidden discreetly underground, affords expansive open space including spacious public places for outdoor dining, sheltered courtyards, and quiet seating areas.
