Looking for an all-star Business Development Manager to join our team in our Irvine office.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years construction sales experience
• Commercial and Multi-Family experience preferred
• Focus on developing new client relationships
• Maintain existing client relationships
• Create and submit RFP responses and attend project interviews
• Achieve annual sales goals as it relates to target markets
• Participate in market segment networking opportunities
• Work directly with estimating and pre-construction teams
• Update contacts and reporting in Cosential
• Provide marketing updates to the Leadership Team
