Project Summary

Tenant improvements to a former Pizza and Pipes restaurant including removal of partitions, doors, ceilings, restaurant grade kitchen and plumbing fixtures. This newly renovated 7,826 square foot open office concept features high ceilings with exposed wood trusses, all-new cabinetry and flooring, collaboration spaces, conference room, break room and updated restrooms. Scope also included repairs to existing skylights, ceiling modifications, mezzanine, roof insulation and voluntary seismic upgrades. Located across from the Redwood City CalTrain station and downtown amenities.
