Project Summary

Renovation of a four-story luxury apartment complex that was severely burned in 2013.  Modern cabinets, quartz countertops, LED lighting, carpet and plank flooring, mirrored wardrobe doors, energy-efficient stainless steel GE appliances, air-conditioning and heat are just a few of the standard features provided within the 76 fully-appointed studios and one bedroom apartment homes averaging 464-771 square feet each. The building has been substantially rebuilt to include a new ADA compliant gurney elevator, extensive structural upgrades, and the installation of fire sprinklers in all the units and common places throughout the building.  Additional amenities include onsite laundry, a BBQ area, EV charging stations, and secured bike storage.
