Project Summary

Rework 840,000 sq.ft. of sitework to accommodate a new layout involving the construction of vanilla shell masonry/wood framed buildings. Scope included slurry and parking lot restriping, modifying existing walkways, drive isles, parking stalls, utilities, planters and site lighting. Some of the existing buildings were demolished and some refaced with new exterior paint, updated tower structures, parapets and storefronts.
