Bright Horizons

Project Summary

Ground-up construction of a new 14,500 square foot child care and early education facility with an 11,000 square foot playground and a 28-stall parking lot at the site of a former car wash. The single-story building features 14 classrooms, a movement matters “recreation” zone, infant room, food prep station, age appropriate restrooms, cabinetry and low bearing walls. The outdoor play area is equipped with turf, rubber mulch and sand pits. The facility is situated between several car dealerships, requiring a more industrial appearance with grey-tone panels and steel accents. A complete Bright Horizons exterior signage package was incorporated as well.
