Project Summary

Tenant improvements to an aging industrial building and all related sitework. This is the largest of the two Costco optical distribution centers nationwide; equipped to manufacture 7-8,000 pairs of glasses daily. Phase 1 included re-roofing the warehouse and handling hazardous materials. Phase 2 required the installation of new electrical panels, a transformer, lighting controls and storage racking. Phase 3 included a complete automated fire system with trench drains, HVAC retrofit, structural support for a complex 3-mile conveyor system and a state-of-the-art 80-90% waste collection process.
