Project Summary
Construction of a new single-story multi-purpose room / gymnasium for a private school; which required complete demolition of two existing buildings, as well as site development for both a new playfield and parking lot. Scope also included a design-build remodel with interior improvements and modifications to the first floor storefront, classrooms, an art room, auditorium, computer room and a new kitchen with rooftop exhaust fans.
