Location:
Alamo
Owner:
Round Hill Country Club
Architect:
Dahlin Group Inc.

Project Summary

The 50,000 square foot private golf and tennis club obtained an all-new outdoor trellis to bring in more natural light, covered pavilion with an 8’x16’ skylight, President’s patio outside of the existing President’s room, a new porte-cochere, approach circle and entry fountain. Phase 1 will expand the building’s footprint for a larger Pro Shop and Men’s Locker Room/Lounge. Both the Men’s and Women’s locker rooms, fairway lounge, sports cellar, grill seating, lower level exercise rooms, offices and conference rooms will be updated with high-end finishes, flooring, lighting and custom wood trim accents throughout. A new pavilion roof structure will be added to the adjacent dining room, along with new fireplaces and heaters to expand the outdoor seating area. Walkways and parking reconfigurations will take place to accommodate access requirements and modifications. Under phase 2, the second half of the building will be updated with veneer stone to create a more elegant “base” along with a more decorative iron railing to enhance the front entrance.
