Project Summary
The multi-level building has a reduced 60,903 sq.ft. sales floor, as well as a day care facility on the top floor for 192 children. Scope included modifications to a shell previously occupied by Home Expo; including all-new storefront at the entrances, accessibility improvements, two freight elevators, Starbucks, pharmacy and grocery. This location serves UCLA, Westwood and the Los Angeles metro area.
