Project Summary

A complete conversion of an existing medical office into a high-end tech space spanning 10,864 square feet. Serving as the new headquarters for a prominent internet company providing personalized searches and recipe recommendations for foodies, the scope included a customized and fully-equipped test kitchen, expansive bar, multiple areas for social gatherings, conference rooms, “stand-up” desks and showers to encourage employees to walk / bike to work. The preexisting building required abatement, demolition and removing several layers of sub-flooring. Very detailed casework and high-end finishes were installed throughout and reclaimed materials were used wherever possible; prevalent in the detailed woodwork on the walls and bar top.
