Supporting our communities through philanthropy and hands-on work is in our DNA. We believe in doing what is right socially, economically and environmentally. We are actively involved in charitable pursuits, and allocating time, resources and construction expertise to benefit those who need it most.
Together, we have worked for positive change within our communities by leveraging internal and external resources to support local organizations. We are proud to support the following organizations:
We “teed off” in Mission Viejo for the 18th Annual W. L. Butler Charitable Partners Golf Tournament! Thanks to the support of our business partners, we distributed over $160,000 amongst our charitable partners: Thomas House Shelter, Leaps & Bounds, Save-A-Warrior, Bradley Rofer and CSR Kid’s Day. These organizations make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most.
Our Livermore office volunteers showed up in full force this holiday season—participating in both the assembly and distribution of 1,500 holiday food bags! They first formed an assembly line to pack dry and canned goods, then helped distribute the bags to families. The Tri-Valley Haven Holiday Program supports around 900 registered households across Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, and Sunol. We’re proud to be part of this meaningful tradition.
We helped make summer unforgettable by sponsoring CSR Kid’s Day. The annual event gave as many as 800 kids with mental and physical challenges—and their families—a joyful day of aquatic activities, laughter, and love. Here’s to celebrating workers, embracing community, and ending summer with heart.
Our Irvine team partnered with the Home Aid Families Forward organization in the refurbishment of existing dwelling units, the ground-up construction of two new dwelling units, and attractive landscape and sitework.
We are proud to support the Rebuilding Together Peninsula organization and it’s commitment to repairing the homes of seniors, veterans, disabled individuals, and families in need.
Our WLB Elves were back this week, joining Santa and the Stockton Fire Department for the 19th year to spread holiday joy at Walton Special Center in Stockton. Beyond gifts and cheer, this tradition supports the Center’s mission to respect every student, enhance their functional skills, and empower them to be integral members of their families and communities.
Together with the ConstructReach workforce development initiative and Target, we are “Building Reachable Opportunities Through Construction.” The “I Built This!” event provides high school students with hands-on experience to explore careers in construction.
Spreading Holiday Cheer in Irvine! Our amazing team kept the tradition alive with the Adopt A Family program this season—fulfilling wishes for 9 families and donating nearly 100 gifts! Thanks to our team members’ generosity, the families at Thomas House Family Shelter will enjoy the holidays together in a safe, rent-free haven for homeless families with children.
Our WIC Team sponsors and volunteers at the Future Construction Leaders Camp in Redwood City. This event empowers girls (grades 8–12) by introducing them to the wide range of career opportunities available in the construction industry. Our team guided hands-on activities building library benches for the local community. We also participated on a panel of construction professionals to share insights and highlight the exciting future that awaits
