The project consists of six cold-shell buildings, ranging from 23,955 to 47,910 square feet, on a 12-acre site in Harbor Bay Business Park. Designed for tech, STEM, and life sciences tenants, these flexible buildings feature two-story glass entries, partial second-story space, heavy power, loading docks with screening, and 24’ clear heights. Outdoor patios with seating and privacy screens accompany each building. The campus follows LEED, Bay-friendly, and EBMUD water conservation standards, including bio-swales for runoff filtration. Conveniently located, it offers 2.5 parking stalls per 1,000 square feet and easy access to I-880, the Harbor Bay ferry, and a free BART shuttle.
