11,000 SF Medical Office subdivided into multiple areas including reception and office, nurses station, exam and consult rooms, surgical suite and IVF Lab, procedure rooms, patient recovery room as well as a state-of-the-art back-up power system designed for the storage of embryos.

The project was completed under a tight construction schedule and a site specific logistics plan was designed to minimize impact to a neighboring sleep study clinic.
