401(k) Pension Plan
Dollar-for-dollar matching contribution up to 5% of your gross salary with 100% immediate vesting through Fidelity Investments; available first of the month following three months of service.

Flexible Spending Account
Flexible Spending Account options for Health Care, Dependent Care and commuter reimbursements (may be limited in span and amount of contribution for temporary or job specific hires).

Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program provides counseling services, legal consultations, parenting and childcare referrals, eldercare resources, and financial consultations (managed by Concern).

Time Away From Work
8 ½ paid holidays per year, 15 days of PTO (accrued at a rate of 4.62 hours per pay period) and 2 days per year for Jury or Bereavement Leave.

Incentive Compensation Plan
You may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, at the sole discretion of the company. In order to be eligible to receive a bonus, you must be employed through the date that it is paid, which is usually in December or January annually.

You will be eligible to participate in the Wellness Life Balance Program, which is an incentive-based wellness program that promotes awareness and the importance of a healthy lifestyle; including discounts on gym memberships and LifeLock identity theft protection.
