Demolition of an existing building prominently located just south of downtown Redwood City near Kaiser. Scope included excavation for below grade parking and construction of a new six-story office building, related site work and landscaping. The new 65,080 square foot warm shell has four levels of office space, two balconies, lobby, one level of underground parking with a mechanical lift and two levels of above-ground parking for 132 vehicles. The building features an exterior curtainwall system that includes glazing, brick veneer, plaster and ACM paneling.
