Project Summary

Conversion of a dated corporate cafeteria to a sleek and modern gathering space spanning 20,544 square feet. The remodel was designed to improve the workplace environment; create a stimulating and innovative facility where employees can refresh, relax, and collaborate. Scope included construction of non-load bearing partitions, adding a grease waste line and associated grease interceptor to the space, incorporating all-new meeting spaces with media/audio visual screens, renovating the existing servery with all new equipment, adding a new coffee bar and updating the existing restrooms with all-new high-end materials. Finishes included extensive millwork, unique radiused lighting throughout, fabric sound baffling ceiling panels, imported Italian tile and polished concrete floors.
