Project Summary
Tenant improvements to the ground floor and basement levels of an existing two-story, 4,165 square foot retail space. The scope of work includes replacing the exterior signage and fabric awnings; constructing new partition walls and suspended ceiling; replacing flooring, wall, and ceiling finishes; upgrading lighting systems throughout; modifying existing HVAC and electrical systems; and installing storage shelving. Located in the new One Colorado development in Pasadena.
