Project Summary
Remodel and expansion featuring a new parking structure addition, modernization of the Hyundai showroom and surrounding administrative offices, construction of a new two story Cadillac showroom, customer waiting area, various other offices, exterior cladding and environmentally-friendly LED lighting throughout. State-of-the-art exterior vehicle display lighting, extensive landscaping with storm water control and water runoff mitigation systems and parking lot restriping to incorporate ADA standards will be included. Pre-construction services were provided on this project.
