Project Summary

Conversion of an existing PTBE site into a new early education and preschool facility spanning 8.100 square feet. Scope included new paint and flooring throughout. All Toddler, Early Pre-School, and Infant Rooms received new cabinetry, storage, cubbies, child-accessible wall hung sinks, and existing fluorescent lamps were replaced with energy efficient LED lamps. Kitchen obtained new millwork, flooring, sink, appliances, and flooring. Telecom wiring for computer and phone system to be installed. Additional electrical outlets were installed to ensure all were compliant. Maintained existing fences and egress gates in play areas.
