Project Summary
Partial demo of the existing façade and storefront, an abandoned property line and demising wall to make way for a new 20,183 square foot showroom expansion. The first floor features a 6,114 square foot service shop and 2,509 square foot parts storage and delivery area. The second floor consists of office space and lounge areas. A new façade integrates the existing showroom and customer services area with the newly constructed space. All associated site work, accessibility upgrades and signage included.
