Project Summary
New 25,376 square foot locally owned and operated ethnic market featuring quality meats, fresh produce, conventional and Hispanic groceries. The repurposed building is complete with grocery, produce, deli/meat, bakery, warehouse, payday cash transaction area and a 650 square foot taqueria/seating area. Scope also included installation of new 260 square foot trash enclosure at rear of building and new rooftop equipment.
