Project Summary
Demo of existing shops with public utility resources and asbestos abatement. Shop 1B, 3, 4, 5 and Yardbirds include Facade removal and renovations. Pad 7 features two new retail and restaurant spaces spanning 5,500 sq.ft. Updated design allows vehicles to enter through center, providing downtown-style shopping. Exterior upgrades include landscaping, modern stucco with earth tones, cornice details, fabric awnings, steel vine trellises, stadium style bike racks, hi-tech wall sconces, and double pane glass hardware.
