Tenant improvements to a new 20,000 square foot medical clinic providing primary and preventive care. Scope included re-purposing a former thrift store within an existing shopping center by adding patient exam rooms, offices, waiting room, break room and an exterior patio, as well as the addition of a new rear entrance, roof and minimal site work.
