Project Summary

Onsite and offsite infrastructure including water main lines, meters, and underground storm drains, as we as all-new streetlights, underground conduits, and traffic signals. A new 8” sewer main was brought into the property from the city street. In addition to the offsite utility upgrades (including splice boxes and vaults for both AT&T and Charter Cable communications), all existing public sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and driveways were demolished. The existing city street was widened, and center median were reconfigured, while four new drive approaches have been added with a decorative, colored concrete pattern drive approach. Upon completion of the site improvements, a 153,145 square foot Costco warehouse including a fueling facility with 30 dispensers was constructed from the ground-up within a brand-new 20-acre retail center.
