Project Summary
Ground-up construction of a 161,223 square foot, single-story warehouse, interior tenant improvements and finishes plus a freestanding Fuel Facility located at NewPark Mall. Scope includes building shell, canopies, interior signage, fully automatic fire-protection sprinkler system/fire alarm system, HVAC, energy management, plumbing and electrical/lighting. The brand new Fuel Facility features underground storage tanks, dispensing pumps, piping and monitoring systems, canopy and controller enclosure.
