Project Summary

Partial first floor build-out in new Class A Office / R&D building located in major technology business park. Scope included the construction of interior non-bearing partitions, doors, ceilings, flooring, finishes and relocating sprinkler heads. The renovated space provides shared offices where people can come and lease space to conduct meetings, business, and other activities requiring a private office/conference room. In addition to the offices, the space features numerous shared communal areas such as a reception area, huddle spaces, storage, kitchen, phone alcoves, two conference rooms, mailroom, breakroom, and wellness center.
