Project Summary
Ground-up construction of a 7,200 square foot truck maintenance facility, tenant improvement of an existing building, and major site work including 8,000 square feet of storm filtration chambers, retaining walls, fencing and below grade utilities on the full 4.4. acre site. This Design/Build truck storage and maintenance yard will feature charging capabilities for their electric fleet with over 50 stalls.
