Brand new five-story residential apartment complex with 68 units comprised of 24 studios, 32 one bedrooms and 12 two bedrooms on 5-acres of undeveloped land. Office space and a recreation room / gym occupy the first floor. Community amenities include a dog park, basketball court, vegetable garden and solar ready carports. Residential and guest parking accommodates 130 vehicles, including 4 for EV charging stations. Bike racks were also installed.
