Project Summary

Ground-up construction of a new specialty clinic situated on a .39 acre lot behind the main clinic near El Camino and Wells within a “pedestrian friendly” section of Palo Alto. An MRI Breast Imaging Center is located on the second floor with five mammography rooms for both screening and diagnostic mammography, two ultrasound rooms and one stereotactic biopsy room. The third floor houses two specialized primary care services including the Encina Practice for internal medicine and a personalized Executive Health Program. The new center also has a two-story, 36,057 square foot subterranean parking structure reserved for patient use. A team of design-build subs assisted with the MEPs. Phase one involved all basement modifications and excavation. Phase two consisted of the 16,981 square foot MOB (core and shell). Phase three included all related tenant improvements.
