Demolition of interior finishes and conversion of a vacant Mervyn’s shell.
75,000 sq.ft. building which was divided into three separate spaces for Petsmart, Ross and one other future tenant. The common rear wall was relocated to accommodate new loading docks and trash enclosures. New electrical, fire system, sewer, water and storm drains were added. Beautification of the exterior of the building has been completed along with new storefronts, landscaping, hardscape and ADA improvement upgrades.
